Valora Cole is a global leader and visionary committed to helping others discover their voice, walk in purpose, and lead with boldness. She is the founder and president of Fearless Women Global, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women to rise in their God-ordained assignments.
Together with her husband, LaJun Cole, she leads LaJun and Valora Cole Ministries and has ministered in 37 countries and over 140 U.S. cities, igniting revival and transformation wherever she goes. She co-pastors Contagious Church, a vibrant, multi-generation ministry focused on deliverance, discipleship, and global impact.
Valora is the author and co-author of 41 books, President of Cole & Company Publishing House, and Vice-President of Exponential Group Global, a leadership and consulting firm that equips faith-based and marketplace leaders to operate with strategy, integrity, and impact.
Her commitment to community is also evident through her work as President of Contagious Cares and as Chairman of the Board for the Bay Area and Florida Charter Foundations, where she helps oversee 21 charter schools in partnership with Charter Schools USA.
Above all, Valora is a passionate intercessor, mentor, and catalyst for change, driven to see people empowered, equipped, and positioned to live boldly and leave a legacy.

Kathy Jenkins, a native of Fort Myers, Florida, is the founder of KAEL Homes, a Christian-based transitional housing program for aged-out foster youth. A devoted mother and grandmother, Kathy pours endless love into her family, encouraging them to reach their full potential through faith and grace. She is also a graduate of Edison State College and AMB University, and Theological Seminary.
As a hardworking entrepreneur, she uses her gifts not for her own glory but to advance the kingdom and bless others through her work. Her life mission is rooted in faith, service, and the empowerment of the next generation.
She is a living example of Proverbs 31, "clothed with strength and dignity, walking boldly in her purpose."
